Known for her high-energy classes, Maki blends authentic Egyptian style Raks Sharki (bellydance) with a modern flair. Being knowledgeable in the various styles of Middle Eastern Dance and culture allows her to present this style with respect and authenticity. Maki's students not only learn dance movements but also a little bit of the culture and history of the dance.
